How do NOBULL training shoes fit?
Most of our training shoes, including the Trainers and Runners, fit true to size. If you are between sizes or prefer a roomier fit for high-impact movements, we recommend sizing up by half a size.
What is your return policy for international orders?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees may apply for international returns.
How should I clean my SuperFabric® Trainers?
SuperFabric® is highly durable and water-resistant. We recommend hand washing with warm water and a mild detergent. Avoid machine washing or drying to maintain the structural integrity of the material.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method and location.
Do you offer restocks on limited edition colorways?
Many of our seasonal drops and collaborations are limited runs and may not be restocked. We recommend signing up for our newsletter and SMS alerts to be notified first when popular items are back in stock.
